7-Day Returns Policy
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product, subject to the following conditions:

Not Eligible for Return

• Opened or used products
• Digital course content (non-refundable once accessed)
• Printed course materials that have been used or written in
• Products damaged due to misuse

Return Process

• Item must be inspected before refund approval.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 3–10 working days depending on your bank.

Return shipping costs may be deducted unless the return is due to our error.
